The Best of the In the Lead Show (2021)
As we take some time to reflect on 2021, I wanted to spend some time reflecting on some of the conversations I’ve shared on the In the Lead Show this year. What a wild ride it has been. I launched the podcast in July 2021 with the intention of sharing my version of leadership. I have been inspired by the many conversations I have had over the last 6 months and have felt a deep sense of honor and appreciation for the willingness of so many to share their insights and perspectives with the listeners.
Here are links to the full episodes that I share on the best of podcast:
- Episode #1: How to Build & Cultivate Trust w/ Rebecca McNeill
- Episode #17: How to Use Positive Intelligence in Leadership w/Marie Logan, PCC
- Episode #15: Great Leadership with the Internal Family System (IFS) w/Susan Aiken, LMFT
- Episode #19: How to Tackle Conflict in Leadership w/Jennifer Tsang, PCC
- Episode #20: How Gratitude Makes You a Better Leader w/Jennifer Tsang, PCC
